I provide short term therapeutic counselling and coaching for specific issues, and medium to long term depth psychotherapy for longstanding, deep rooted eating problems and trauma. My practice is located on the Northern Beaches, in Allambie Heights, Frenchs Forest and Manly, however, women come to me for therapy from all over Sydney, and Australia-wide online.

Some women come to me for therapy not because they have problems, but because they are wondering, ‘who am I?’. They want to get to know themselves better and live a richer, deeper, soulful, more meaningful life.

To create lasting change, we explore the foundations of your relational life. This includes navigating difficult mother/daughter and father/daughter relationships and understanding the family system you grew up in.

Healing Trauma and Attachment

At the very base of the iceberg lies our work on attachment, relational trauma, complex trauma, developmental trauma & transgenerational trauma. Healing these foundations through the therapy relationship allows for true transformation and post traumatic growth.
